I did some work at Whiteman in the hangars for these aircraft. A couple things of note that I recall (and can discuss): Many of the perimeter guards at this base were women. Not sure if this was intentional or a coincidence. Gobbler's Knob or whatever it was had the only restaurant nearby.

I went to High School about 20mi from these special hangers in Whiteman AFB that house the Stealths. When practicing for baseball or running for cross country, we would see (not hear) flyovers all the time. If you watched during a turn, it would turn from normal shape into a pencil line in
