Here is the info I sent to the list back when all the F.D. stuff was going

Ebay right now but then I'm not very E-bay literate.

I also thought that the fuel distributer was the problem on my SLC -
turned out to be ALL the rubber in the fuel and intake system was rock
hard and leaking, as well as all the bolts on the right side of the
intake manifold were finger loose --

before I found the real cause of my problems, I was pretty sure that my fuel
dist. was the problem. With the help of another lister I found a retired guy
in Florida, kinda out in the boonies, that used to work on fuel distributors
for Bosch in Germany. He has the tooling, flow meters and

How about a used fuel distributer? What car is this for? You could get
a couple to play with - perhaps ending up with one that works. I think
I read in the manual somewhere that the fuel distributer is a
replacement only part.

I use to put the injector in a clean plastic water bottle and life the float
and watch it spray. Not with the engine running of course. Careful, you
are dealing with raw fuel, and with a CIS< it's under a LOT of pressure!!

I don't think you can get a kit as the pin is matched to the bore, and it's
a real percision fit. I looked for one a few years back for my 911 and I
was told Bosch will wait for a number or cores before they rebuild, so even
if you fork out the money, you may have to wait. All the problem was in
