Feeling crappy for a few days vs intensive care and lung damage, etc, I'll take
the feeling crappy.
Get whatever you can. I suspect we will be getting boosters for this for a

Given info from US FDA on size of phase 3 clinical trials the Pfizer study
is a close second to J&J. Phase 3 is the last step to collect data before
one could apply for clearance to use in the US:
