Not sure if anybody remembers/cares but last spring I told you all about the 
hard cold starts on my 190D. The glow light came on correctly and the car would 
start but wouldn't stay running unless the throttle was cracked for 20-40 
seconds.
At the list's recommendation I replaced all 4 glow plugs (loosing wire 
retaining nuts in the process).

This morning's temp was about 22F and I hadn't worn a warm enough jacket so I 
didn't even let the glow light go out before firing off with no throttle 
applied. Success, it stumbled for a quick second the caught and idled 
perfectly. The hint of a stumble bothers me but not enough that I'm going to 
worry about it unless it gets worse.
