My plan right now is essentially to drive it until it gets worse. I'm going
to try Mobil 1 gear oil in the diff with the knowledge that it won't make
any difference other than perhaps psychological...

Remember to remove the fill plug first ... and if you can't get the fill
plug out DON'T drain it. For some reason, the fill plugs are a lot harder
to unscrew in my
