I’ll tear into it this weekend if time permits, but I’m banking on the output transistor in the relay being bad. Outside of there being an open circuit between the relay and the light(s), I cant imagine what else would do it, especially since the relay is working. And relay is a relative term,

Door switch checks out good. Understand that the door switch goes to the seat belt/headlight warning buzzer (N2/4) relay *then* to the lights. It’s not a simple linear circuit on the driver’s side. It is, however, a simple linear circuit on the passenger side. I’m thinking the output transist

On a lot of these cars, the ones I've played with anyway, the left and right switches are diode-isolated, so that the passenger door (for example) only runs the passenger-side lights, and doesn't cause the warning buzzers to go off. I've seen systems where this diode, located in one of the 'relays

Check the wire integrity in the door hinges. My left rear was shot and kept blowing window fuses. Could be a similar deal. On Thu, Mar 15, 2018, 6:01 PM Dan Penoff via Mercedes wrote: > A good day - the oil pressure sender and remaining odometer gear came in > the mail today…. > > So now I know
