Gary -sorry if I sent this already, but i'm getting some confusing things from my hand-held emails. A friend had balloned 20 probably 400 lbs. When he was tested and treated for sleep apnea he lost about 175 lbs. Amazing they can be so related. BillR ___

i read it, but more everyone else didn't understand it. you are saying that he lost weight after treatment for sleep apnea, as in sleep apnea contributed to weight gain . the readers could not grasp this and wonko said that he was cured of sleep apnea from losing weight, so now only we two know

Inadequate sleep is related to weight gain, ADD symptoms, and narcolepsy. With sleep apnea, one doesn't in fact sleep well at all, even though you don't really wake up completely. You instead have the sleep cycle disrupted several to many times an hour, and don't get any REM sleep to
