Question popped up on the MBCA 115 forum about a 615 engine and leak down as well as compression. Fellow took his car to mechanic who gives him compression numbers in the 320-340psi range with and claims that is low. Doesn't sound that low. -- Jim

Was looking thru the latest Harbor Freight Tools catalog (they know my weakness) and found a couple of things that would be handy for the MBs -- a cylinder leak-down tester for $40 a Diesel Engine Compression Tester - $18 - I'll probably buy one of these - a Fuel Injection Pump Pressure Tester
