I took my SWMBO to see that 124 coupe non-running that's been sitting for
months and months, her reaction wasn't too inviting for possible submission
to the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
This would be a complete non-starter.

The window regulators on these and models of similar vintage are prone to fail.
They use a really poorly designed regulator system that utilizes nylon pulleys
with steel cables, and the pulleys fail from material fatigue over time and
disintegrate, rendering the window unusable.

I have WAY too much to do to sit around the house - but none of it
generates money. I don't know how I ever had time to go to work. Retirement
is really just time to work on projects . . . I might even get to start
