So I head down toward Lexington OK to pick up a 73 280SEL 4.5 today.
The last 20 miles of the trip turned out to be down windy hilly dirt
roads. WAY out in the middle of nowhere. This was in my 1 ton so it
was REALLY a rough ride. Got the car loaded up and decided to take the
long way home

You got lucky. I wound up towards the front of a pile-up at
I-81I-78 in Pa. Roads were icy under all overpasses and I was going
