IMO, getting the *exact* right size is critical - I will no longer trust a FLAPS to provide the proper sized belt. Even if your particular car is in their database, it's not necessarily the correct size. I had AC problems for a long time and it turned out to be a too small V-Belt. The belt was a few mm's too narrow and would slip at idle - causing the AC compressor to drag and make the belt squeel - which was a never-ending cycle - the more it squeeled the more it would get a hard surface on the belt making it slip more. Finally got a new belt from the dealer (although Rusty would have been a good choice as well) and my problems stopped!

I know it may seem like it;d be quicker to find a belt at your FLAPS, but Rusty often has stuff at our doors the *next* day - without paying for next day air service! You should give Rusty a try - call early and you'll likely have you parts within the next couple of days - and you can depend on them being the correct part!
