Here is how the bowls & playoffs should work. BCS top 16 teams play 1 vs. 16, 2 vs. 15 on so on. Beginning the first Saturday in December they play in the following bowls; Capital One, Gator, Cotton, Outback, Chick-fil-A, Insight, Sun, Liberty. Now, the winners play same format, highest rank
