Occasional nasty thunderstorms all day long. Lost power for a fraction of a second, not enough to have to reset the VCR clock etc., but quick enough to reboot all of the household computers. I think the tornadoes were elsewhere in the state. I am 45 minutes straight west of Ames. On 4/22/07,
