Well, it actually refers to a specific medical condition, but there is
another sense of the word that describes something beyond ugly, of the
pus-oozing, smelly, visually offensive, nasty, lumpy sort -- kinda like
that thing in Men In Black that was trying to walk around and drive
disguised as
I like the morally-degenerate-but-in-a-good-way definition. It would
make a good band name.
