Funny you should mention it, I made goose tacos today:

The meat went into the crock pot at 8am on the 10 hour setting with a barbacoa 
spice packet. I turned then at the 4 hour mark and pulled at 9 hours.

I thought it was a little bland so I added 2 teaspoons of fajita spice.

This was my third try at this. Goose legs are REALLY tough, they need all the 
time and they MUST be covered in braising liquid

No pictures of the actual tacos but they went down pretty good.
