The meat went into the crock pot at 8am on the 10 hour setting with a barbacoa spice packet. I turned then at the 4 hour mark and pulled at 9 hours. It shredded up nice: https://photos.app.goo.gl/NVSHvWtwDoQXHfia6 I thought it was a little bland so I added 2 teaspoons of fajita spice. This was my third try at this.
