I am suspicious that this is only good for a single frequency. Basically
an anti-resonator. Useless for wide-spectrum noise.
For deadening, you _want_ the acoustic energy turned back into heat.
Bouncing the energy back into, say, turbine blades can't be good for
the turbine.
