Second opinion is definitly warrented here, and your physician will most
likely welcome and provide a reccomendation on who to see. Depending on
your preference, treatments that are a little more experiemental but offer
more flexible options may be availble.

There are drugs that will control the inflammation. Steroids and sulfasalazine.
Once the dysplastic changes occur you are already on the path to cancer.
