FWIW: Drinking raw milk or eating products made from raw milk, is a calculated
risk. Dairies are kept much cleaner now than when milk borne illnesses were
endemic before pasteurization, so the risk may be less nowadays.
Salmonella, E.Coli, and Listeria are not nice bacteria.
