If you have done it once, you can do it by feel. Biggest issue I had
was getting the dash back in. Just look for all the screws and
bolts, label as to where you got them. (pictures are good) and
disassemble the whole front. There are three bolts with 10mm nuts

I did a 114 years ago to replace the dreaded heater blower (and do
some AC work as well) and I still have the scars to show for it.
I would add that it took me all of two full days to accomplish the
feat, too.
Wimps! I've had the dash out of my 560 SL, twice, the dash
out of the 450 SL, and
Replacing the blower in a 114/115 is a bit more involved than pulling the
dash -- BTDT - x2.

I've finally started on a former Kaleb-Kar, and need to yank the dash
ignition switch from the dash.
Anybody here done this before? I've got an intact dash working ignition
switch to replace them with.

For new and used
I removed the dash, nd lots of other things to replace the blower motor in a
115 once - many years ago. Figure about 8 hours to get it out. I don't
remember the details however.

Only on a 107. Mostly you remove everything that
looks like it's in the way, especially the center
console, and remove the three (?) mounting nuts that
hold the dash in.
