Luckily the floor isn't level, and the low areas are in the middle.
There's a little sheetrock damage, but not enough that I'm going to
worry about it for now. I did the conversion, and will replace what I
need to. It needs a new coat of paint anyway. I will be checking with
the insurance

Yup - didn't get my first ham license until 1966.
Tom - you really need to consider getting your license now - no code
requirement. The test is mostly rules and regs, it has a LOT less
technical content.

to the basement!) red is of any consequence. Occasionally the red stuff

thunderstorms in our county (possible winds up to 70 mph), but at least no
wind-go-round-and-round stuff. Turns out that the peak gusts were only 40
