Where do I get it? My 240D has a percorated (rust) line that runs under the
car. Auto zone and Advance don't sell it.

They usually sell generic metal line you just bend to how you want. If it is
just a small section I would probably cut it out and splice in rubber fuel
line, if it is just a short section

I looked for a transmission cooler line that was rusted and it was NLA.
I just put rubber some fuel line over the rust spot and clamped it
tightly with a couple of small hose clamps. Not very elegant, but it
worked.

Check the metallic composition.
If it's zinc on the inside, I believe it's OK for gas but not for diesel.
