I think you have to be out of the country 330 days in the year for it to occur.

Wow, that was a poor choice, but not as poor as some of my choices. I can think
back to things I should have chosen differently that would have lead to making
way more money which I would like to think would have amounted to more than
that over a working lifetime

I'd probably jump on a deal like that. Usually I get offers like "move to
California, we'll pay you $20,000 a year"...

Why don't we just leave that subject alone?
Too depressing unless we want to change the rules to see who can tell

I don't know what your job title is, but here is some stuff that you may have
already read.
Health care in the Arab states is usually top notch, except for maybe places
like Yemen... The contracts I considered back in the day included health
insurance and disability, much like you would find here.

What about health care, and related insurance? That would be the deciding
factors for me.
Ultimately, probably SWMBO will be a deciding factor.

Heck, if the spouse is willing, go to Abu Dhabi. Then you’ll be able to retire
in style when you’re done. Not only that, with a month off and a $12k annual
travel stipend, see the world on your time off. Do some Viking River Cruises

Abu Dhabi? That would be *really* interesting from a cultural perspective.
I'd like to have an offer from out there, give me a new outlook on life and
such. Probably wouldn't want to live there forever though, but the amount
of money has got to have created some really crazy differences.

Lamborghini made an LM002 in the late 1980s. Serious car. I
remember wishing I could take one for an off-road spin back when
they came out. I recall a lot of them went to rich Saudis.
Tim is a popular guy up there. Michiganders drive like fools if my experiences

elocutions in his observations of Michigan drivers. You might want to keep that

If it plays out and I end up choosing Michigan, I would probably bring my two
rust free cars along. Am I going to get more for them up there in the land of
