If it's a W124, that is a wire operated window lift. Plan on a new regulator, it's not really possible to replace the broken plastic wheels and if the window bracket is slipping (mine is from 5 Hot Wheels cars in the door) it's not fixable. They aren't expensive, but are a real pain to get in
