So sorry to hear, Bob - best of luck and fingers crossed. My son turned vegan when he was 18 (22 years ago) and hasn't faltered (although he now will eat oysters and pasteured eggs). He also works out religiously and is in great health. Hope this works for you. Andrew On Fri, Nov 29, 2019

As a direct result of my cancer diagnosis in August, this year’s Thanksgiving was all plant-based. That does not mean we had a tofu turkey, because that’s dumb. We just had lots of vegetables and things. I made a cheese sauce from cashews, potatoes, onions, and carrots and garlic that worked

So, are you folks going to mostly watch football on TV tomorrow? We up here in the GWN plan to celebrate US Thanksgiving along with you. My wife is one of you folks as is pretty much all of her family. One of her nephews is doing a turkey dinner for all of us tomorrow evening at his home.
