Does the air bag function?

I think the air bag has some interconnection to the front bumper -- but I
might be in error.
If the steering wheel doesn't have a big balloon sticking out, we should be
cool.

Howdy -
Getting ready to install my new front bumper cover after I finally got some
paint to match. I printed the 3 procedures dealing with the front bumper and
none seem to difficult - except for the one (88-205) which calls for a Special
Tool to release and install the clips holding
