As few of them as there were I suspect the databases are particularly accurate.

I was way off on some of these values.
Looks like a lot of the valuation services don’t understand what a 350SD is in
a W140 chassis. They keep referring to them as “300SD”s.
Upon further digging, this car is definitely worth more than $2500.

KBB is over the top as is NADA, which is pretty typical.
Edmunds is more realistic, with a private party being around $2k and retail
around $3500. That’s about the market around here.

A quick glance at KBB says it’s worth around $4600 with 150k on the clock and
very good condition. I don’t recall what he said the mileage was.
Around here it might be a $3500-$4000 car. Maybe. On eBay someone will pay
higher prices, but you’ve got to find someone who you can close the deal w
The market for anything W140 is pretty lousy, almost as bad as the R129s. Not
sure why, but I don’t see a lot of them around here, and even if it’s a nice
one the prices aren’t near what they were a couple of years ago. I think
people are afraid of them or just don’t want the older cars. Might

I seem to recall multiple people wanting to be first in line to buy Wilt and Walt's 350SDs when they were ready to part with them, especially Walt's W140. Wilton's W126 died, but here's their chance to get Walt's W140. Mitch.

Post a price when you have one. The only pricing suggestions you’re going to
get here will be $500 from Kaleb.

bought it in 1999 and have EVERY recept since it rolled off the boat.
