I dont think mileage is very relevant. At this point people are just
counting the items that have been replaced, including the carpet and
upholstery.

You can be sure that with all that detail, failure to mention mileage means
it's way up there. He wants people to see the car first and then learn the
mileage. Many won't even look if it's more than 150k.
