That is arguable, the E320 has all the usual 124 issues plus the 722.5 box is not as tough as the 722.3 and more expensive to rebuild, biodegradble wiring may be an issue. The M104 engine is a bit more perky (at higher revs when the twin cam comes into play) but a little harsh and will require
