ABS was developed jointly by Bosch and MB, and the companies believed it was so important they GAVE it to the rest of the car companies. No royalties. Yes, the ORIGINAL design was Bosch/MB, but every car company was free to make their own. I doubt very much that the ABS controller on a rice
