Interesting. I don't recall seeing a tool kit in the ML, it might be
there somewhere, or maybe the dealer guy showed me and I forgot. I guess
the next trick would be finding the hole.

Yes, need to get the screw-in eye from the tool kit (wherever that is
hidden) and figure out the access panel on the appropriate bumper. I'll
bet that M's new vehicle has the same set up.

I came into this late, but me W220 has the same setup. There's an eye that is
in the tool kit that screws into a threaded receptacle behind the tow hook
cover.
I found this out right after I got the car and was trying to understand the
purpose for said eye in the tool kit. Owner's manual
FYI next time, Prof Google says the emergency towing hook / eye is
removable and is stored in the vehicle tool kit. There are two small
plastic covers, one on the front bumper and one on the rear, that cover an
opening for the place where the towing eye is inserted and screwed in.
Perhaps one
My Golf has that...

So drive up to the farmstand at the end of my driveway to get some stuff
then on to other errand. There is a GLK stuck in the mud at the other
end of the parking area at a sorta exit. It has a sign says DO NOT
ENTER, and the car was entering from the wrong way off the highway,
which made no

So a large M
Our ML (now Kleb's) had nice sized tow points front and rear. I pulled a
lot of stuff with it. It also had a low gear range that came in handy when
pulling large dead oak trees across the front yard.
A B-17 was at the small GA airport in OKC last weekend - son saw it flying
around.

This is the smaller "mid" size version which I think now is called a GLC
to relate to the C-class size. There's a GLA now too that is really
small sort of SUV thing. My wife's ML is now a GLE to make it relate
to the E-class, and the GL I think is still a GL but the S-class
equivalent. The
somewhat emasculated by having to be driven by a woman in a pissant
Benz, and by having a coupla dudes with bigass trucks get him out of
the situation the woman got them in.
Emasculated? Or smugly basking in the fact that his plan worked?
Or neither. I see too many options.

So a large Mercedes SUV is pretty much worthless as an SUV...
Every MB I own has a tow hook...
