Right, the riveting tool. Dont need any other special tool, and I am
not convinced that I need the rivet thing. Just thought i'd try it
if someone had one. Not worth $225 for one use.
If the M104 chain radically different than the standard double row
chain used for years? Woulnt the same to

So, when you say "timing chain tool", you're talking about the rivet press, not
the tool that guides the chain around the sprocket?

I'll do that myself, but the chain is no big deal. I already bought
it from Rusty, so I may as well install it.

180k or so. I have not checked it. Indy says there is slap and it
should have a chain & tensioner. no big deal, I can roll it in and
put in a tensioner. In the old days with the master link, boom,
done. No problemo. I have never purchased one of the tools, and
really don't want to own one
How many miles on an M104 to need a timing chain? This is the first

Anybody got a timing chain tool they would loan/rent?
I can trade use of a 123 diff tool to change the driveshaft seal, or
prechamber tools for iron heads, or a sleeve driver for 240/300D ironheads.
