I think he was referring to the main gear brakes being locked. Thus, when
the tug pulled the front gear, it came along, but the rest of the plane
stayed behind.

In the picture I think I see what looks like tire smoke just aft of the
front wheel truck.
I don't see any coming off the mains.. and I've never seen a tug or tow bar
strong enough to drag a loaded jet with the brakes locked.. so what am I
looking for ?
