I suggest you replace the differential, not the mount. It sounds like a
bearing is going from bad to worse. It's probably one of the pinion shaft

While looking closely at some bad aftermarket front shocks on a friends SD,
I noticed that the bolts have a fluted head, kind of an inverse torx design.
Could someone please tell me the correct name for these bolts, and the tool
required to remove and re-install? TIA...
