I did some research on this a few years ago when my dog died.  Everything I 
read suggested that 36 inches is a deep enough to prevent an animal finding it 
and digging it up.  Its been a few years and I have had no problems.

It will require a special person to want to live that remotely. Would 
make a nice vacation home if one had deep pockets but I don't think I 
would want to be there all the time.
They mention the space to land a plane or helicopter so it may appeal to 
some wealthy celebrity type who wants some private space. A bit too 
private for me even if I had the $$.
But I can see the asking price being reasonable. Can you imagine how 
much it must have cost to build where that is?
Hauling all of the materials in would have been slow, difficult and 
expensive.

If trades were used then the cost to bring them in would have been high.

I got the dewalt cordless one.  It croaked on the first job, but for 
everything else, it has been fine.  The first job is in the archives.  
the lug bolts were over 500 ft-lb. so I don't really blame the dewalt 
impact wrench.  Story is in the archives from last spring.

My BW 722.600 expert says it’s one of two things:

A bad or sticking torque converter solenoid

A broken torque converter hub

With the solenoid it will run fine until it warms up, then start acting up, 
with a broken hub it will be a problem all of the time.

If I go I’ll take my DAS system with me so I can see the codes, too.

That's exactly what happened when steel shavings collected in the magnets of GM 
TCC solenoids in the 1980s. Happened a lot in early 700R4s, and I had it happen 
in 199x Grand Am once, although they weren't supposed to stick like the mid 
1980s 700R4s did. Replace the solenoid and the engine quits stalling when you 
shift into drive or reverse.

I was checking with the 722.6 transmission guy on BW and he said it might have 
a stuck TC lock-up solenoid.  He says the O rings on the solenoids can get old, 
hardened and cause the solenoid to hang.  He also suggested a clogged filter 
will cause a similar symptom.

It was a 103 I have engines for it. But in 93 they went to the 104 and I don't 
have one of those.

That's basically my daughter's car, but hers doesn't have the tutone 
(special order!).  I wish it were closer, it could be a parts car or 
spare or something!
