Seems like a great idea to me. The health car business these days is a big scam

you need higher pressure at similar temp, or lower temp at the same

heat.. Interior temps in a closed car can easily reach into the 120 / 140 F
ranged which is the lower end of thermo form plastic

If I had a new enough diesel to "tune", the particulate filter and the regen
would be one of the first things to go. That has to kill fuel mileage.

And manufacturers are too cheap to put an injector in the exhaust, so they fuel
the DPF by dumping diesel into the cylinder(s) on the exhaust stroke. I'm of
the opinion that interferes with cylinder wall lubrication and causes fuel
dilution of the oil.
