I know you folks like a deal but don't you think it is more than a bit
unreasonable to expect used oil filters to be replaced under "warranty".

Lately I've been a little irritated with my VW parts supplier. They're only
about an hour and a half drive away so stuff arrives the next day after they
ship, but they seem to delay shipping for a couple days after ordering.
It used to be if I ordered on Monday before lunch I'd have it Tuesday
Might be a good deal

Thanks to Floyd pointing out the sale I grabbed 8 of them as well. Just arrived
a few minutes ago. Fortunately, all of my cars now use the same filter. Nice!

I just looked up the filters to make sure the same ones would fit the

than the ones I bought in 22 and 21 that I will return.

I have 5 or 6 I am going to send back. I asked them how it works and
the answer was canned but seems to mean they want them back and you have
to couple them with previous orders.I just looked and I have 3 orders

Speaking of FCP I have sort of been thinking about using their lifetime
warranty deal for oil and filters. Has anyone done this and is it worth messing

I have used their lifetime warranty on a defective part, with no issues. Have
not used it on wear parts or consumables like oil.

No. B2 piston failure is no 1/2 gear so you can’t get going. Reverse and 3/4

I get FCP Euro stuff the next day even with their free shipping if it’s

I think their “lifetime warranty” on everything they sell is one of their

I’ve always assumed they’re thinking the same thing, and if anything, it forces
people to come back which increases the potential for them to buy other stuff.

No. You have to fill out a warranty return form and reference the replacement
order you placed, I believe.
So essentially you buy the replacement and when you’ve returned everything to
their satisfaction they credit you that amount back.
They claim that they test fluids that are sent back to
