tell you that the tires I bought are essentially the same as the Spectrum
model shown in this link sent by Mitch. In fact theyre probably what I have.

The seat controls are supposed to work when the drivers door is opened and
without the key in the ignition. Same for the steering wheel adjustment -
The owners manual explains the situations when the controls are operable.
