There is something called a "Bully Dog" that the service guys mentioned.
Apparently it's some sort of tuning device that works through the OBDII port
and allows you to "tune" the engine and transmission for the type of
performance you want.
Pricey, but sort of cool.

I agree to a point. The Ford chassis of that era was a much better truck than
the Chebby or Dudge.

I was thinking about this last night; even if you re-position or
upgrade the cats in a US '75/'76 450SL so as to avoid the engine
problems (as I think Wonko or OK Don or somebody had suggested in the
first place) wouldn't you have tampered with the emissions system and
therefore broken the law, any
And if you are lucky with an MGB, you might spent 10% as much time on
the road as the SL. Remember the evil Prince of Darkness, too
I like the MGB roadster better. And it's 10% of the cost of the 230SL.

I Assume you are referring to the 7.3L Power-stroke.
Very good engine, big power from 1995 technology. Mine has almost 300Kmi. About
$1500 in engine related repairs along the way.
Can it be 'chipped'? Yes, you can also poke a rod thru the pan if you like.
I'm guessing a 4wd F-350 weighs #700

Hi gang,
I gather that the Bosch injectors are now generally crap, no longer produced in
Germany and with highly variable quality. There appear to be many accounts
online of this phenomenon.
What's everyone's experience with Monark nozzles? Apparently they are made in
Germany?
