FTP services are available in the Business, Ultimate and Enterprise versions of Vista only. If you have one of these it's a matter of going into Windows features and enabling IIS and the corresponding FTP services. If you have the Home version you will have to use a third party solution. This

The alternator light wasn't coming on during self test before starting so I changed the bulb at which point it came on. No warning lights during running but no charging either, battery voltage only. I replaced the regulator and now I've got no dash warning lights other than the fasten seat
