Look up "preserved lemons" which will work with limes too. Or make a marmalade. I had a recipe for a lemon/lime pie that I used the Rangpur limes in with some Meyer lemons too, it was very good. It had sort of a custard cream over a layer of lemons/limes. I'll have to get at the computer
