Break the beads loose with a jack or something. Then cut the tread loose from the beads with a pocket knife, just run it all the way around the rim. The beads shouldn't be too hard to pry over the rims with the tread off of them. ___ http://www.okiebenz.com

When I had to remove a tire from a rim and wanted to ensure the rim stayed perfect, I found a you-tube video of a guy using a floor jack and a nylon ratcheting strap to break the bead free to the inside of the rim. I did that to break both sides free, then cut the tire off with sawz-all-of-doom.
