I used a 5 gallon fuel can and an old house tank vacuum cleaner for a
make-shift "Topsider" that worked surprisingly well considering that the
plastic 5 gallon can collapsed under the leaky vacuum. The hand pumped
Topsider did not appeal to me, but you should be able to substitute an
electric

transmission was in limp mode (2-3-R only),
but one day it wasn't, and then it was again. Aha,

I wouldn't think it likely that you will set the engine oil on fire in
the length of time it would take to weld something onto the plug. Why
not use a Nut rather than a socket. Just hold it up there with vice
grips and weld in the middle of the nut.

I got my first Pfizer dose almost 2wk ago, no reaction whatsoever except for
minor soreness at the injection site (a former nurse relative says get it in
your dominant arm as more motion will help alleviate that more quickly). I’m
reading that the first dose makes a good part of the antibodies
I’ll take what they’re giving, as long as it works. A couple of percentage
points either way isn’t going to make a difference.
