Probably a mistake to sell it with no Reserve.

It's practically new. I bet it will drive another 10,000 miles, maybe 15
before blowing the engine.

Looks nice with the short bumpers, and pretty good overall condition but too
rich for my blood.

What is a typical appreciation for a vintage car?
$1 in 1992 would be nearly $2 today just on inflation alone. So that's really a
$6k gain after taking that into account.

What I found amazing was that it commanded $12k in 1992. In the grand scheme of
things as far as vintage cars go, that’s not a lot of appreciation.

In Heinlein's 1949 book "The Man Who Sold the Moon" the hero raised some of the
money by getting Coke (or was it Pepsi, or both) to fund the mission to prevent
turning the earth-facing side of moon into the competitor's logo.

First brand new game I've bought for my Atari in probably 30 years.
It's crazy that people are still making games for these old machines. 30 years
and no OS updates...

Never watched a rocket launch where they were selling T-shirts and hoodies with
the logo during the countdown. This goes a long way to make me feel comfortable
that this is a viable means to put someone/something into orbit.
