I'm guessing they were there when the owner locked the car - used a radio
receiver to record the codes, then just needed to replay them, with perhaps
a bit of computer massaging.

It looks nice and well-cared for cosmetically, which unfortunately is
not the main factor to consider. I would scan it and offer $600. The

Troubleshoot the vac system, look for leaks or missing hoses or
fittings, fix it and flip it. Brake boosters are a bit of a pain to
swap out, you have to be a contortionist to get those nuts off /on up
behind the pedals
