I just did a registration search, this aircraft was last registered in
Cameroon. West Africa is not well known for aircraft maintenance skills,
which could possibly account for the missing engine and prop... or not...

A second look at the pictures shows what on USA registered aircraft is
called the "N Number" , I take notice that the registration number is not
USA, so that complicates putting the aircraft back in USA registration,
especially if the log books are not up to exacting standards that are

It needs some significant work but it does look like it's almost all there
