A friend of mine who used to be into rolls royces bought one from Canada. He
flew up, rented a uhaul truck, drilled holes on the floor in order to tie the
car down and loaded in the back and drove it down across the border.

Well you made a big mistake not draining the tank, disconnecting and blowing
out the fuel lines font to back, replacing fuel filter. If the pumps were
working you just flushed crap from the tank and lines into the fuel
distributor. Could you hear the pumps running? If you look down the filler
Unless they ran it till it was completely dry then it was bound to have some
fuel in the tank. The fuel will be in the lines as well which will be just like
the fuel in the tank, which you don't want getting to the distributor

So after working for several hours getting the 140 ready to go again, after
working on it I parked it in the driveway behind the kid who blew up his w210
2012 Jeep he now has a bit payment on. The wife and I were heading to town in
it to make sure it did not catch on fire again and I pulled
Which one did yo get? I need to get a new one

Nope grandma did. Not my problem. I made it perfectly clear I was done with
cars involving the kid and am out of the loop on this deal. Personally I think
it was stupid to go out and spend $13k on a car for a 19 year old who tears
cars up but whatever.

I don't know much about BMW but that seems to have at least 2 extra zeros on
the end.
