For euro import car? Like the slave cylinder - standard part for USA

same USA versus euro import. Stu was saying the 250 engine parts are

[MBZ] W123 - parts

2019-09-09 Thread Mountain Man via Mercedes
My '84 euro import 240D required special dealer available slave
cylinder years ago. Rusty sold me a slave cylinder but ClassicCenter
said it needed dealer part, so I had to return slave cylinder to
Rusty. How about front springs? Could euro front springs be
different for euro import? Anyone? When I get to this repair it
seems wise to ask the question first rather than find out bad news
while things are taken apart. Is ClassicCenter or Naperville OEMParts
the only means to verify this? Or does someone at OkieBenz here have
resource to compare euro import spring part number with USA spring
part number?
Thanks, OkieBenz.

The original article needs to be more broad? We cannot continue to

of energy, distribution systems, devices as much as possible. An

What is the Constitution? The Constitution seems to have developed to

Here is the description found at:

A new documentary that takes a critical look at the systemic failures
behind the growing catastrophe of floods in this country. Through an
amazing collection of flood footage and in-depth coverage of
repetitive flood victims, this movie uncovers the profiteering and
neglect that ensure increasing devastation for our ever-urbanizing
society. The precious land at the water' edge, so vital for wildlife
corridors and open space, is being turned into a federally-subsidized
disaster zone that brings great fortune to bankers and builders and
the perpetual debt of the underclass.

[MBZ] OT - Calrod heater element

2019-03-22 Thread Mountain Man via Mercedes
No... not CalRod, i.e. california hot rod...
Is calrod the copper tube with wire and clay inside used for heating water?
There should be independent repair places that can replace a busted element?
The busted tube here is espresso machine boiler and element has hole
in tube and clay insides are falling out of hole and measured
resistance shows open circuit, infinite.
About 8mm dia tube bent in spiral shape mounted on to screw plug.
Has anyone replaced these heater elements? It seems there should be a
supplier for this heater element tube? The machine is Brugnetti model
MC1 Top made in italy.
thanks

Why waste time listening to ANY media - move along, nothing to see
there. Reality is not mental.

Fry the semiconductors? - probably not so bad?
Tech has done nothing of reality for us in the past 4 decades, except
make some companies quite wealthy. And corruption more rampant. And
evil activity more rampant. Yes, we can do without it and learn
innovation and invention and people - all part of humanity as far back
as history tells.
Plus, EMP is such a ruse. EMP is demoralization (i.e. a military
tactic), nothing to see there, move along.

Since you are in love with the performance difference between your '02
and your Dad's '11, why not keep the '11 and sell the '02?

Ahh... those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end.
Those days are what make america great. again?
We complain too many people on the planet, we complain about pollution
and water and warming.
Lose some people? - there's more.
It might be an interesting analysis - how many MAX crashes would allow
parity with population growth each day.
No... not a realistic endeavor, but... travel is inherently dangerous,
so... put yer big boy pants on and do what you need to do.
Government and regulation? - we really want more of that all in the
name of safety? These are big-boy companies that make airplanes, etc.
They can manage without regulation or they lose business.
How many okiebenz people are gone because of airplane crash? or car crash?
Totally trivial numbers, but still sad, wrong, etc.

Grid and generation could benefit by thorough rethink instead of
hanging on to Edison days.
Like what? - dunno, but tech has made things different for decades everywhere.
