I have no complaints, as I pretty much go in once a day and just dump everything. I gave up trying to sift through it a while back, as it was an exercise in futility. I just found that if people give me a heads up that they got a hold notice I can go in and release their message easily because having a time stamp gives me a point of reference. The reason we have so much spam is because I had to turn down the spam filters because people were whining about their mail getting occasional caught by the filters, so the flood gates opened.
