That's what I was afraid of. I may put a light on the connection, see if the PBU is calling for heat when I've dialed in AC, make sure the issue really is the valve. Looks like a rebuilt PBU is about $150, that's less than a new valve from the dealer. -- Max Dillon Charleston SC '87 300TD
