[MBZ] $2000 for an '83 300D, 130k miles?

My Dad found this car at a small town dealership, very nice interior and exterior looks rust-free with good paint. Drives very well, but the AC doesn't work. Car looks very well cared for, but no service records. I think that's a fair price, if indeed the car is rust free or nearly so. --
